1st Choice Remodel did a great job on my project! They covered over some “pigeon holes” in my brick with cedar shake siding, matching it to the existing cedar shake on my dormers, including getting the same brand of paint and color. The back office was easy to work with and the crew on my project were excellent. They communicated throughout the project letting me know when product was going to be delivered and when folks were going to be on my property. The crew answered all of our questions with a positive “can do” attitude and completed the job ahead of schedule. An incident occurred where my gutter was slightly damaged and they informed me, apologized, and had the section replaced with a new section that matched up perfectly. I get that things happen and the way the crew dealt with it was straight up and professional.

The did a great job and exceeded my expectations. One area I feel is critically important is communication through the renovation process and they kept me informed at every step of the process. And their finishing team did an outstanding job making sure there were no issues, and the room was clean and ready to be moved back into.

My wife and I spent a lot of time documenting the work, taking photos, and videos, drawing up a plan of the work that we wanted completed and in the end we received a quote that was wildly inaccurate. For example we said we didn’t need our bathroom redone but yet they built into the labor quote a full bathroom remodel. For some reason they estimated a full new HVAC install which we never requested. It’s missing electrical and plumbing which we asked for. There are just so many problems with this quote which took TWO weeks to receive. Not sure what the point of a quote that is so off base, especially when we offered to clarify. Waste of time and no attention to detail.

I had a wonderful experience with 1st Choice Remodel ATL with some alterations in my home and they went out of their way to make it such a great experience! I have worked with many Construction contractors in my 45 Year career and can truly say 1st Choice is one of the best! Their customer service is impeccable, and they really care about the details, so the end results are above the customer’s expectations. Dell Jackson, the Owner, was always very professional and so easy to work with. He made sure everything was constructed in a “Class A” manner and the expectations exceeded the original plan. I would recommend 1st Choice Remodel ATL to anyone needing alterations and remodeling performed in their home, office or business. They have a talented Team to handle any small or big jobs therefore 1st Choice should definitely be included in any upcoming projects needing pricing. You will be pleasantly surprised as the pricing is very competitive, and fair compared to others. 1st Choice did such a great job, I have another job they are already contracted to do in the near future.
